As the penis then warms up again, this supposedly triggers the generation of nitric oxide, which should cause the corpora cavernosa to engorge. Well, the head of my penis did not cool, and therefore did not warm up again. It seems that no nitric oxide was generated and therefore no engorgement of the corpora cavernosa occurred. Many antiseptic hand gels contain alcohol, so by the same logic, putting any alcohol gel on the head of the penis should work?
