The "key" needed to lock it was not included in the box but, after a month & 2 requests, the company finally sent one.I would have much preferred a more conventional locking system rather than this one but very happy with everything else.

Cut the hole while waiting for the panel to be delivered. Once I received it, took 30 seconds and a drill to install. Looks polished and refined. Really like the wings used to keep the panel in place, unlike some of the other options. Not much a fan of the plastic keyhole and key as I worry the key may strip if opened often enough, and don't like that you have to remember where the key is in an emergency, but I hung it off an adjacent cabinet to compensate. Overall, very happy and would buy again.

This metal box is well engineered and the instructions are simple and easy to follow. Suggest you use a level at the bottom of the cardboard template and again after installation of the door but before complete tightening. This will make sure it is level and looks good.

Sturdy clean looking access panels. Locking system with supplied hex key is great. Highly recommend for a sturdy clean looking access panel.

Product looks good works as advertised.. It just came missing the key. Amazon does not provide a way to have this shipped as a replacement part.

Very pleased with this product. This is the second identical panel I've purchased. Purchased an 8'x8' a few years ago for ceiling access and works great. Easy and quick installation. Template makes it easy to install. Looks more professional than a plastic panel.

This is the perfect door for a large access. Beautifully covers plumbing access for my bathroom shower. Installs in less than five minutes, and is very easy. I like the lock and key, but having to keep track of the key cover and key would be easier with built in storage. A little pricey, but it should last a lifetime. Definitely recommended.

It works perfectly and is well made. Initially ordered a cheaper product but realised immediately on receiving it, the cheaper alternative wasn’t up to the job. This product is. Very easy install and will last the journey. Plus looks ace

Very easy to install for the beginner people.

We have ordered 30x30 cm metal access panel and due to Amazon delivery, the shipping box has opened and was delivered open. Upon checking, we realised that T key is missing. Unfortunately, Amazon options are just to return (to pay shipping cost and Amazon refunds up to a certain amount) and get a refund and re-buy again, which is complete waste of time, so big minus on Amazon delivery and customer support and big plus on the FlipFix company sales team whom I have contacted directly via email. They were very understanding and sent us for free, replacement T key. Overall quality of product is great, we are yet to fit it.
