Complete User Review: ( After regular using of 6 Months) Brand - First thing, Six Pack Nutrition is a Geniune brand with genuine product line. Quality of Protein - it is not the best Isolate protein available in the market but it is a good & decent Bio-availbility. Miscibility - Easily miscible Who can use - Bodybuilders, Athletes above 18 years of age. Digestion & Absorption - Easily Digestable protein, Absorption rate is high when you follow proper training & diet. Note -It is Necessary to Follow Proper training & diet to get maxium output from your protein powders. Cons- 1) Taste is OK Ok. 2) Sometimes give gastric problems. Conclusion -Good for new & intermediate Bodybuilderor Athelets but Not suitable for Advanced Bodybuilder & Athelets.
