BodyMoves Exclusive Nose Gel Pack (2 Pack) for hot and Cold Therapy

Whomever thought of this is genius. I fell face first and fractured my nose. When I looked for an ice pack for my nose, I found this. I love that it's adjustable and conforms well to my nose. I highly recommend this item if you injure your nose and need to ice it.

Waste of $16. Doesn’t really freeze or stay cool. I put it in the freezer overnight, and yet it doesn’t get cold and hard like an ice pack. Take it out after being in the freezer all night… it isn’t that cold. Doesn’t do what it is suppose to do.

I purchased this to help stop nosebleeds. While the idea is good, it fit too wide and did not conform to my nose and warmed up to quickly. It might be better for someone with a wider nose.

When I get a migraine my nose gets really really cold. A few seconds in the microwave and this really warmed the area up. I read some of the other reviews and was hesitant because of the comments of it being very uncomfortable. I didn’t find it to be any more uncomfortable than you would expect. You’re wearing gel over your nose and around your ears.

Works, not very long, like 5 mins but heats up the nose to make it more comfortable, I do 2-3 rounds to get my nose up to speed. Note Only takes 3 secs, feel like 5 would explode it. Bulky but beggars can't be choosers. Thought it was made of same material hand warmers are, but it's not. May try the wide nose mask next.

Perfect fit for nose and the ear straps allow you to have use of both hands instead of holding an ice pack on your face with one hand and switching hands because your fingers go numb. The only bummer is that it’s so small it doesn’t stay frozen or cold for very long ( no fault of the manufacturer, just the way it is) so it’s nice that you get two so you can switch off. I recommend to anyone with nose issues whether it be injury, allergy, surgery, or any other nose issue ending in “ry” =p seriously though, no matter this issue, these can help.... if nothing else, the cold feels nice when you’re in pain! Thank you!

I couldn't get my daughter to keep the large ice pack on her face because it obscured her vision and made her whole face uncomfortable. Since she really needed to keep the swelling down on her nose, I searched Amazon and found these. PERFECT - easy to keep icing localized and a lot more comfortable for my daughter. Highly recommend!

While the concept is nice, the gel pack doesn’t fit very well. It puts too much pressure on my nose. My nose is already sensitive enough following surgery. I ended up putting water and rubbing alcohol in a ziplock. Froze that and it’s very pliable and light weight.

My son cut his nose wide open and got stitches. Regular ice packs were not great for wrapping around his nose. This was the ideal solution for us. The ice pack fits and stays in place very easily. The back of the pack has a felt like material to keep the cold from directly touching the skin. It helped reduce swelling and bruising. So happy to have found this. A great addition to the first aid kit!
