Best Collagen I've found!
I started taking powdered collagen supplements after reading an article years ago that discussed a study showing it's promise for anti-aging. I have used a few different brands of collagen, but kept going back to the Great Lakes brand as I preferred them over the various other brands I tried. Eventually, Amazon became saturated with third-party sellers hawking fake goods, and at some point I realized that the Great Lakes collagen I was getting was also from third party sellers. I became concerned about the quality and authenticity of the Great Lakes collagen I was getting, especially since I had definitely noticed some variations between batches. At the time I could not find any collagen powder sold directly from Amazon.com, so I started buying collagen pills locally as I could at least trust that that they weren't full of lead or anything weird or unsafe, but was disappointed to have to do so as the powder seems like it would absorb better and generally has a greater amount of collagen per serving. When I saw this collagen from Revly, Amazon's own brand, I figured I would give it a shot, and I am very pleased I did. I have no idea what people are talking about with the negative reviews about the taste. There is a slight flavor, but nothing compared to the Great Lakes collagen and other brands I tried. Anecdotally, I gave my grandmother a container of the Great Lakes collagen to see if it helped with her arthritis, and a week or so later I went by her house in the early afternoon and I could SMELL the collagen when I walked into the house from when she had used it in her coffee when she woke up early that morning! This Revly collagen flavor is super tame in comparison, it adds a bit of what I can only describe as a "brothiness" (like beef broth) to my coffee, but it isn't super noticeable or overwhelming in my opinion. Additionally, this collagen dissolves AMAZINGLY. Obviously if you add it to the top of a drink, it will take a little stirring and smashing of clumps to get it all dissolved (still better than literally any other brand I have tried). I always put it in the bottom of my coffee mug before the coffee goes in, and from there it's a quick stir, with maybe having to smash a small clump against the side, and it's all gone! Just in general, I recommend adding your liquid to the collagen vs putting the collagen in the drink after it's poured, as it makes everything so much easier. The price is pretty unbeatable for collagen as well!

No taste, mixes easily without clumps
I love this collagen powder. Has 17g of protein with only 70 calories per scoop! (Compared to 23g protein and 140 calories in a scoop of pea protein) It's meant as a dietary supplement for vitamins and not a meal replacement but it's a great way to boost your protein intake and level out your macros without having a bunch of calories and is filling enough to discourage that late night snack attack! Dissolves easily into a warm drink without effecting the texture or flavor. I put mine in a cup of tea but I'm sure you could put it in just about anything warm. Major improvement in my acne prone skin after a month of daily use and my hair super silky and shiny.

Improvements Noticed with Revly
I’m comparing Vital Proteins to Revly. I prefer Vital Proteins but have been purchasing Revly due to improving quality. It’s not completely there yet and I could easily switch back to VItal. The first Revly I purchased, the powder did not dissolve instantly and without effort like Vital and left clumps in my coffee. My coffee was cloudy. The taste and smell were like wet cowhide. Today it mostly dissolves with less effort. No clumps after a few minutes. The taste and smell are better but there’s still some aftertaste from the additives. My coffee remains clear. When on sale at Costco Vitals is roughly the same price per ounce as Revly and a better option for me. The subscription convenience is nice with Revly. I’ll give Revly a little more time since they seem to be trying to improve.

Good collagen for a great price
Flavor is pretty good. It has stevia in it, which I don't mind. Give it a minute to settle after you mix it - this improves the flavor too. Used to have pains and aches in my shoulder and wrist. After taking collage (this and multi collagen from another brand) it all went away after a few weeks of regular use.

YUCK. Terrible chemical taste. Does not mix well.
YUCK!!! Terrible chemical taste starts a moment after ingesting, and persists for up to an hour after. Does not mix well with MCT or XCT oils, gets clumpy. Does not mix AT ALL with cold or room temp items unless you mix in a blender (I had to use a Magic Bullet blender), and sticks to the blades. Doing cold drinks by hand is pointless. REALLY doubting the claims of "grass fed" and organic because of the very medicinal and chemical taste. I've been doing Bulletproof / keto for about a year now, every single day. I've tried a lot of these collagen mixes, most are pretty good. NOT THIS. The taste is really, really awful and it doesn't mix well. If you do butter / ghee in your coffee, it will stick and clump with it, no matter how hot. When mixed with food, there was no amount of flavoring I could add (usually hot sauce) that could cover the nasty taste. I want my money back.

Works for joint pain relief but smells and tastes horrible.
I take collagen peptides for my knees. I can feel a difference when I skip a day of taking peptides as I have mild pain and stiffness in my joints. This is my second brand of collagen peptides. The first brand was bowmar nutrition. I loved bowmar’s brand of peptides and only switched from Bowmar because of the price. This brand does give me relief from pain but smells horrible, doesn’t mix very well and changes the flavor of everything I put it in. So while it works, you really get what you pay for.

Affordable and Legitimate Collagen Peptides
I felt compelled to write a review because so many of the other reviews are negative. I love that Amazon sells their own brand of collagen peptides that are affordable, but still high quality. Buyers have to be especially careful when purchasing supplements from this website. There are so many "FBA" sellers selling fake supplements to make a quick buck off of oblivious customers. So, when I buy supplements, I only buy official Amazon branded products (i.e. Revly, Solimo, Happy Belly and etc.) Or, I buy supplements from sites that do not allow 3rd party sellers like VitaminShoppe. On the quality of the product itself. This is a great starter peptide. Personally, if I could find it, I would prefer to purchase porcine peptides as those are scientifically proven to be the most effective. However, in regards to the most bang for your buck, Revly is 1lb of peptides for under $20.00. Most brands charge nearly $40.00 for 20g. I will most certainly repurchase when I run out of my current jar.

Does Not Mix Well, Found Plastic in Drink
I thought this product was fantastic when received because of the low price and high 20g of Collagen per serving. Packaging looked pretty and it was easy to measure out to put in my drinks. Here’s where things go south.. This brand of collagen does not mix well and it clumps in hot water. It gives your drinks an artificial sweet flavor which may be caused by the added ‘Rebaudioside A’ which after googling is a highly concentrated sweetener. I thought that as I already spent my money I might as well finish what I purchased and try another brand next time. Well, after putting a heaping scoop in my morning tea, I drink and get a mouthful of a small piece of plastic. It looked like a ground up capsule or something but I definitely gagged a bit when I saw it. Stay away from Revly (Amazon Owned) collagen peptides until they get their quality control under control.
