I have previously owned one of the “home” models of the TimeTimer. I like these as they help with ADHD focus time. It shows how much time is left in a session. They are quick and easy to set and immediately count down. I’m super sensitive to even the lightest sounds and this makes zero noise as it counts down. I love that you can disable the ringer at the end too. I use it to get in the zone. So if the time ends while I’m in the zone I don’t want it distracting me. I want to keep going and I like that this does it. This model is an improvement over the Home model. I like the interchangeable silicon housing cover. It allows you to customize it without buying a whole new timer. The silicone is also just nicer anyway as it grips to the desk and is nice to handle. This model accepts a small screw over the batter compartment to kids don’t take the battery out if this is in school or you have a concern about that. I don’t but it’s a change over the home model. The build quality of this one is much better than the home model as well. It is sturdier and slightly larger. The red timer backing is also better than the Home model. This one doesn’t have the time clear tab over the timer part. Most people won’t care about this but it shows that it’s higher quality and a cleaner timer face as well. I’m happy with this one. I’ll probably buy more in the future and I’ll always buy this model over the Home going forward. It’s only a few dollars more and worth it in my opinion.

Excellent product - I use this for focusing any task at work in 15 or 30 minute intervals. The red indicators for how much time is left during sessions is pretty ingenious. I leave the alert sound off. Silent operation, and dial set is very smooth. Highly recommend for anyone who needs to focus on tasks, whether at work or school.

Simple, straightforward, easy to use and understand, portable, well built, and has made transitions so much easier. This little gadget has helped my family manage time much more effectively than phone timers and other non-visual strategies. The optional alarm is gentle but effective at announcing “time’s up!”

Great for breaking down big tasks - especially those that I don't want to do. If you still like 'perspective' in things - i.e. no descent into showing just the exact minute in time (digital) you will enjoy this timer. Only minus is a soft and short alarm sound, but so what, you have the vanishing red timer to see - and see how much time has passed and how much you have left. Great way to get the most done within a specified time frame.

I have been using the product to help my kids concentrate and accomplish focused tasks and works great. Unfortunately, ir broke after 5 months. The red circle wont appear when turning the center dial, so now is useless. I am going to write to [email protected] and will let you know my experience. UPDATE: As promised, I am updating my review after my support experience. After writing to [email protected] y received a replacement promess in 1 day. After some days I received a full replacement of the product.

I wanted something to practice music and setting a timer is one of the best ways to be productive. You don't hear the annoying clicking of an egg timer. Works great. Glad I bought it.

Really helpful for visualizing time passing and for having a timer that isnt my phone (less distraction). Surprisingly accurate and easy to read from a distance due to the shape, even without my glasses on. The volume and alert feels just right like it goes off for a good amount of time not too long or too short. It got knocked off a counter yesterday and unfortunately broke. The item is still intact, and if you turn the countdown bit to the end the alarm still goes off, but the fall must have messed up whatever makes the timer move/countdown. Really like it though so I'll be getting a replacement.

I love the design of this timer. It's set from the front so it's controlled directly, not from the back, not in reverse. The time that's left can be read from across the room. No annoying ticking. Times up is sounded by four double beeps, then silence. No need to get up and shut it off. It's surrounded by a kind of rubber surface that protects it should it fall to the floor. And the battery compartment snaps in place (no need to find and use a micro screwdriver to change the battery (one AA battery).

There's a button in the back to turn on and off the alarm once the time run out, but it doesn't work. I tried many times, and with no success. Very disappointed.

This was recommended to use with main stream daughter and special needs daughter. Letting them know how long they have to carry out specific task or how long they have left on social media.....works a treat. Excellent and simple to use. Recommend

Tut was sie soll. Schützt den Timer zB vor Kratzern und hilft dass man ihn in das Zubehörteil “whiteboard” stecken kann.

Wir gern genutzt und funktioniert einwandfrei. Durch die rote Zeitleiste ist die abgelaufene Zeit gut für Kinder einzuordnen.

Reading the reviews I was bit worried the product will stop working after a while but few months passed and all is working fine and its my favourite timer while learning. Looks amazing on desk and I use it as an adult, both on silent and bip bip mode. Highly recommend for everyone who value design and practicality.
