I was skeptical, but they really do add a cheesy taste to everything l put them in. popcorn, stirred into mashed potatoes, and added to rice. A wonderful addition if you need to be dairy free.

It my first time trying Nutritional Yeast & I have to say I really love the flavor of it. So far I have only sprinkled it on my popcorn. I do plan on adding it to much more of my recipes.

I'm always happy with Anthony products because I get a pretty good bang for my buck. And...I get a decent size package. It's is always sealed well which means it's going to come to me fresh. The nutrients in nutritional yeast flakes are so be beneficial. It's wonderful on popcorn. It makes it taste like the popcorn at the theaters. The room then smell like movie popcorn. (

I give 5 stars for the quality & taste of this yeast. I have deducted 1 star for the price. I would be willing to purchase a larger bag to get a better price. For this reason, I am trying another brand for these reasons.

Okay, I'm a little late to the nutritional yeast party; I had no idea it was so delish! I've been listening to an amazing doctor (b e r g) and he recommended non-fortifide nutritional yeast. Non-fortifide because it means that there are no synthetic vitamins in it (chemically made). This version of Anthony's nutritional yeast is non-fortifide (please note that there are TWO versions - one IS fortifide and 1 lb - the other is NON-fortifide and 10 ounces) this non-fortified verions tastes AMAZING! I have had other Anthony products and I really like this company! Maybe I'm just too "easy" but for anyone saying (see some negative reviews) that this stuff doesn't taste good? Um? Have you checked your taste buds lately? I could easily eat this whole bag (but I won't). So far I've put it on my Keto lasagna and my bolognese sauce but I want to try it on my salads as well as when I (finally) make my cauliflower mac and cheese. This stuff is not cheese (I get that) but it sure has a cheesy flavor. I grew up loving Doritos (I know...SO bad for me) but this stuff reminds me of it. I'm doing Keto (low carb, moderate protein and healthy amounts of good fats) so I'm going to add this to other stuff I make but so far? This stuff rocks! Well worth the price for the taste and nutritional value! So excited to add this to my staple of Keto friendly foods!

We buy this brand because it is not fortified. We love it on pop corn!
