Seagate IronWolf 14TB NAS Internal Hard Drive HDD – CMR 3.5 Inch SATA 256MB Cache for RAID Network Attached Storage – Frustration Free Packaging (ST14000VN0008)

I bought two of these 14TB drives for my Synology DS223J NAS. So far they are working great! NO bad sectors or any other issue. They seem to be reliable hard drives. They aren't noisy at all. I have the NAS under my bed and I can barely hear it. They are decently priced compared to the competition. I highly recommend this product!

Item was first rate, exactly as described, but the packaging was lacking I was scared it might have been damaged because the way it was shipped so they could definitely get better at that but otherwise great purchase!

solid drive for day in/day out use. They are a little noisy, as most NAS drives tend to be, so that takes some getting used to if your NAS is in a location where you'll notice that (like mine). This one is stuffed into a Synology box, is about 70% filled and has had no errors or temperature issues. Again, it's just about the access noise, so if that's not an issue for you and you need a mondo storage drive, this has been pretty decent.

Drive arrived as expected. Shortly after installation in my NAS, I got a crash report. Drive dead! Contacted Seagate warranty support and I’m to get a replacement. Two weeks now still waiting. My NAS is not happy and neither am I! Update: now a month still waiting. first in stock will ship soon, now no longer in stock, case has highest priority. Well, not so much!!! be aware the 14 TB drive has shown to have failure rate approaching 5%, way higher that all other manufactures.

Very quick shipping, drive was well packaged and in flawless condition. I've bought from All4Computers before and I'll do it again. Great value and great products.

Need to add drives to my Drobo NAS. Worked out perfectly. Installed in a flash; and I'm up & running!!!

I purchased in Jan. 2023 and had a drive go bad. Seagate's website said my drive was out of warranty, thinking I had 4 out of the 5 years left. I had to get a support rep. to assist me but needed to show proof of purchase. She informed me that the drive only has a 3 year warranty and my drive was made March 2021. So obviously, this drive had been sitting on the shelf for a while before I bought.

Seagate stands behind its products. I had two older Seagate NAS Drives fail - no questions asked, just replaced. I will always choose Seagate over other brands because how well they accept returns. 100% Seagate.

HDD is dead on arrival in August 2023. The HDD warranty started Oct, 2022. If you want to get refund, you need to pay extra to mail it back to US. Think about the risk and extra payment before you buy it.

Conecte este IronWolf de 14TB a un NAS totalmente nuevo, junto a este disco tambien compre uno de 10TB y dos de 8TB, todos funcionaron bien menos el de 14Tb el sistema nunca lo puedo incluir, no se pudo hacer el RAID por culpa de este, ya estoy en proceso de devolución y cambio por otro ya que este venia defectuoso de fabrica

installer depuis 4 ans ils sont sensé être compatible NAS mais font un bruit insoutenable en action (44 DB). Sur les 4 disque dur un disque dur est tomber en panne (échanger sous garantie)

In the product description it is said : Seagate IronWolf Pro 14 TB HDD, NAS internal hard drive (8.9 cm (3.5 inch), 7200 rpm, 256 MB cache, SATA 6 GB / s), silver) Model: ST14000VN0008 I didn't check the model number on the Seagate website and I bought them I received standard models and not Pros. After checking the Seagate website, the model ST14000VN0008 is not the Pro model. I gave one star because of the wrong description not because the product is bad.
