Due to his heart attack this spring, we didn’t go to the beach, and he is on a low salt diet as well and can’t eat salted peanuts. It was great to find the Wakefield peanuts on Amazon with 2-day free Prime shipping. I put the nuts in a large bowl, add some avocado oil (heart-healthy fat),, stir to coat the nuts, and spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Be careful not to over cook. Great tasting even without the salt.
