I received my first order of these today. I was happy with the smell right away and actually surprised and pleased with how well they taste. Good texture and I haven’t had any stomach issues. I struggle with gummie supplements but these seemed to have the best ingredients for what I needed. Will update again if needed but I will be ordering these monthly.

I have a picky eater that struggles to keep a nutritional balance, and has recently entered his 20's. Doctor expressed concern about his thin bones, and suggested he start a life-long habit of taking calcium supplements. Did I mention this one refuses to swallow pills? So I am happy with a chewable that he liked to have and am encouraged that he will start supporting his body a bit better by balancing his limited diet with supplements such as this. Time will tell if it doesn't cause constipation as calcium supplements are known to do. If he stays the course, I look forward to saving a bit with regularly scheduled delivery through Amazon.

I like Alive vitamins. I also take Alive multivitamin for women my age. I like the gummies because they are easy to take, and do not upset my stomach.

They have a strong odour and taste, so if you are sensitive to odours, avoid purchasing them. I would still prefer a tablet over these, though.

لا أدري عن باقي منتجاتهم ، لكن هذا خالي من الجيلاتين قرأت انه حلال ، لأن الجيلاتين من مشتقات الخنزير ، وشعرت بتحسن في المفاصل بعد اخذه انصح به خصوصا انه يحتوي فيتامين دال مع الكالسيوم يعني مافي حاجة تاخد د٣ معه عشان جسمك يمتص الكالسيوم وسلامات للجميع، لاتكثر الجرعة حبتين فقط ف اليوم و لا تداوم عليه لأن القطرميز الواحد يحوي ٣٠٠ الف وحدة دولية فيتامين دال وهو كافي لسد النقص جزئيا الا اذا قال الطبيب ان فيتامين دال في تناقص عندك دائم ولازم تداوم عليه
