Great screen protector. At first I had an issue when I applied the glue. It all went to the left. So I wrote to the company asking if I can get or buy another glue vial. To my surprise, they sent me another kit. That's what I call great customer service. With the second package, I put the glue on slowly. It came out perfect. Great product. Great price.

Good product. Watch the online instructions, the paper one that comes with it is hard to follow. Only issue I had was the liquid container was cracked, almost didn't have enough to put the screen on, Just enough. Also, install on a very level table

I am absolutely furious. The LOCA glue, which I not only watched the instruction video, but followed all their instructions to the T and the LOCA is deteriorating on the edge. My phone case doesnt even touch it as you can see in the photos. I will leave this a 1 star unless a miracle happens and they actually fix this because I cannot send this back as it's already on my screen. It would be a great product if the adhesion didnt break apart along the edges. UPDATE: Screen has begun lifting up around sides. No comment or answer from the company on any type of response or apology either. Pretty sad.

So far, so good! I had previously purchased two different screen protectors for this phone, but they kept popping off, ultimately leading to a cracked screen. Tried this one since it uses the glue. Went on smooth and doesn't seem to budge so far. Nice clean application, too.

for those who want a Whitestone Dome budget alternative, this is it. Its less ensuring than whitestone but will have near equivalent results if done right. The only differences is that this one has about 0.5mm more coverage along the perimeter compared to whitestone, but is slightly sharper on the edge of the glass panel making it slightly less ergonomically comfortable. It also has less coverage on the forehead area but it serves justice to the sensors not getting covered in glue. If that gets you paranoid for cracks on the top, use a case with 1.5mm raised lip along the top and bottom borders. Other than that they both cover the display fully. For a good installation, my first suggestion: remove the s pen before installing. I cannot stress the number of 1 star reviews and complaints that involve broken or permanently glued styluses still inside the chamber. My 2nd suggestion: do the installation in a very bright room so you can see any dust on the display prior to glue release. My 3rd suggestion: turn off always on display and touch to wake. I wouldnt say power off the device as you still may want to save time turning on the display after curing to see the results, but a fully blacked out screen during installation will let you see any pesky dust still on the glass. When following instructions and youre up to the part of the glue release, make sure the surface is level and that the glue bubble is in the upper middle of the screen. Then make sure the sliding tab is all the way in before angling the glass on it. Once the glass is angled on the bottom of the phone and held up by the tab, tilt the phone so that the glue bubble slowly slides down to the center where it will then stick to the glass panel. Once the glue bubble is in the dead center, pull out the tab so the panel can fall right onto the glass and start the evened out glue spread. If you have bubbles tilt the phone in the direction of the bubble so it can hopefully flow out under the glass. Finally tilt the phone down so the glass slides as close to the bottom so the glass doesnt cover any of the sensors of the forehead area. Cure the whole panel evenly with the uv light for about 15 seconds and then removed the installation frame. Wipe and slide an alcohol wipe (DO NOT PRESS HARD) along the borders that the protector doesnt cover and then cure evenly for about 2 minutes. Thats pretty much my guaranteed process of successful installation.

I have tried at least 12 diffrent tempered glass screen protectors and this is the only one that worked for me! I have tried the screen protectors with just the adhesive on the edges on the screen protectors and also the full adhesive, and none of them worked for me. I feel that the curvature has to be the problem. This one right here worked flawlessly and it has been working flawlessly for 9 months now with zero issues! The instructions were pretty easy to follow. After first install, you'll be an expert at it. I did not have any issues with the liquid glue spilling all over the phone and elsewhere like I did have with the other Whitestone brand! Stickers are included to block the earpiece and speaker openings. If you have experienced issues with all the Note 9 screen protectors, do yourself a favor and forget the rest and get the best!

This seemed to be a decent screen protector but after it was installed and the glue was cured, I went to put my case on and it caught the corner of the glass and it separated from the phone just a tiny bit. In two days, the screen protector totally separated and fell off. Just be careful when putting your phone case back on because if you catch an edge you will mess up the screen protector...

Got this glass screen protector for my note 9 originally. I had an issue with the protector cracking (to be honest may have been my fault..). They were very quick to respond and sent me a new one at no charge. Installation was very easy. I had no issues with running glue, bubbles, etc. everything went perfectly. Touch responsiveness is as good as without the protector installed. Does not scratch easily. Only complaint is that it could cover a millimeter or two more screen top to bottom. However it fits bot my cases with no issues of separation (both otterbox defender and ESR glass back cases). This may not have been the case if the screen protector was a tighter fit.
