These worked really well. Easy to add to the chairs cause the holes were a perfect fit for the shaft on these and the shaft has capacity to secure in place. They rolls smoothly and have not done any damage to the hardwood floor at all, also they transition with no issues to the rug area under the table itself. Cost was reasonable, especially when I consider how well they work.

Bought for a table that I use in my dining room. They move very easily and don't bind up when moving from hard floor to carpet. They look very stylish under the table also, not cheap. They do not scratch the hardwood floors either.. This is a well made and sturdy product. Easy to install. Would recommend this product.

Well made. East to install

The install was quite simple. They looked perfect for the faux player piano we made for our show. The problem arises with their longevity. The wheel still rolls smoothly, but the whole assembly came out of the wood legs they were set in. It could be user error or damaged during load out or transit of the set after the show.

The casters were purchased to add to a footstool that only had short decorative legs. Our stool is a little heavy for us older folks, especially since it isn't needed all the time. The casters are heavy duty and roll easily when needed. They were also very easy to install after the stool legs were removed. The finish is nice, not cheap looking, which is important because they can be seen under the corners of the stool. I would purchase again for other applications as needed.

I replaced the old casters on an antique chair. They work great. Very smooth rolling and seem durable. I would buy again.

If you have a 3/8” drill bit and know how to use it, these casters are the bomb! Needed to make a small bookshelf mobile and these guys did the trick. If you have a surface 3/4” wide, you’re ready to go. Carefully drill the holes 1-1/2 inch deep, put the socket in and smack it down with a small hammer, stuff the casters in and roll off into the sunset. A very satisfying purchase.

First the good news: the casters are well made and look great. Nice and large, and they work smoothly. Good value too. Now the bad news: the little steel inserts that they're supposed to fit into are wrong -- 1/4" too short, so that the shaft of the caster flops up and down in them. Whoever packaged those inserts with those casters made a mistake. I was able to find correct-size inserts in my stock of spare parts, so the casters are on the furniture now; I'm good. But buyer beware!

My husband + I bought an old chair for less than $10 at a thrift store. We think it is from the 50s or 60s. We paid nearly $400 to get it re-upholstered. It's been a fantastic chair to date but recently the wheels completely disintegrated. We weren't sure where to start looking for wheels but a quick search brought us to these and they work great. They are exactly as pictured. We hope they last.

These ball casters work well on the 2 drawer night stand, because it needs moved periodically. It rolls easily on the rug. Just drill, put in the inserts and plug in the ball casters.
