I’m really happy with these baking pans. They are the perfect size for small cakes and desserts, and the aluminum feels sturdy and well made. They also bake evenly and are easy to clean. Fabulous cake pans. Much better than using non stick cake pans. The cakes bake perfectly and are not dried out like they are with the nonstick cake pans. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this Fat Daddio’s 8-inch Deep Cake Pan! The extra depth is exactly what I was looking for when making taller cakes. It feels sturdy, well-made, and professional quality, and the cake releases nicely when the pan is properly prepared. I really appreciate the even baking and the fact that it’s deep enough to give me plenty of room for beautiful layers. It’s also easy to clean and feels like a pan that will hold up for a long time. If you love baking cakes, especially tall, layered cakes, I highly recommend this pan. Put a caliper on it and it wasn't quite the 16Ga advertised. However, it was still plenty thick to keep from denting as so many cheaper pans do. Baked several japanese style cakes in it as well and it works like a charm.

Finally I can bake an authentic British Christmas fruit cake! I couldn't find this depth of a pan in the local stores. It was mailed promptly, packaged well, and it is a professional standard. Well done!!!!

I am an avid baker, these pans are really great. Even baking and clean up beautifully.

Su calidad me ha ha sorprendido gratamente. Coge muy bien el calor y lo reparte de manera muy uniforme. El único pero que le pongo es que el adhesivo que incorpora es muy fuerte y no sale de manera fácil. Pero por lo demás es fantástico.
