There aren’t instructions, but there are 2 loops in the middle of the chest area that you thread the ribbon through. That way the ribbon covers your nipples and you tie a bow. I’m not one for baby dolls or lingerie at all, but this, this makes me feel super sexy. My only complaint is that the ribbon is not wide enough. My breast hang out from under the ribbon no matter how tight I tie the bow. I’m a 40 D, so beware if you are my size or larger. This lingerie has zero support. Hopefully the creators will update. Luckily my hubby likes when my breast show out of things, so it’ll be perfect for him! I also didn’t realize it came with underwear and that did not fit me at all. I’m a size 18 so beware.
