Coconut MerchantOrganic Coconut Milk 400ml

Sorry bad review but noticed that they were out of date on receiving them and had to send back and I didn't re order.

Was expecting this to be all liquid but it was a large chuck of coconut with some liquid. However I use this to make smoothies and consistency turns out very good. Will buy again!

1- the half tins are perfect for me and my recipes.Tested nice but in my Thai soup it just disappeared and become very diluted and watery. Not sure about this product, tbh.

It will.be OK for cooking but for using like.milk it's very difficult as it has separated in the can and after mixing it back together it just separates again.... Very time consuming. But as I say for cooking it will be fine just not.any good for.my intended purpose.

I love the coconut oil from Coconut Merchant but I was not overly excited about their coconut milk. It was lumpy, very watery and to me impossible to stir thick! It's okay for cooking as the lumps melt out with higher temperatures, however I also use coconut milk for my smoothies and home made beauty products and for those purposes I couldn't use this coconut milk at all.

Awful - having to return. The contents is separated into two layers that will not combine. It has a horrible gluey texture.Contacted the seller directly to discuss my issues and have had no reply.

Arrived quickly.Very convenient sized tins and easy open.Taste is good. Thick and creamy.

Makes THE most delicious vegan ice cream, and being organic too, ticks all the boxes/
