nice thick padding
I'm using this cotton padding on my sleeve board. This product is excellent quality, and like everything today, not cheap. My only negative point is, it's not quite 3/8 inches thick, definitely not 1/2 inch thick. It will still work for my project.

Very thick and useful underneath your regular ironing board pad.
This felt is very thick and firm. Instead of buying another cover for my oversized, rectangular ironing board, which would’ve been pretty expensive, I bought this felt and just cut it to fit and put it underneath the pad that came with the ironing board.

This is a good ironing board padding but it is a little short for my ironing board

Excellent quality
This ironing board liner is simple but effective. It prevents the pattern from the metal ironing board from coming through onto your clothes. It’s made of thick pressed felt. Instead of cutting it to mimic the tapered end, I simply wrapped the felt around the tapered end and slid my ironing board cover over the top. Simple product, performs just how you’d want… Made of felt without any artificial fillers or cheap additives.

This ironing board felt pad is easy to cut with good quality scissors and seems thick enough to do the job. It was bought to augment the rather thin pad on my new table top ironing board. It is (as stated) quite dense so a bit fiddly to get the top cover back over without the pad moving but (with perseverance) once in place, the pad seems to stay in place whilst ironing and provides a smooth ironing surface - no more clothes with a diamond pattern! Not a cheap pad but the quality shows.
