Lucky, I bought this tune up kit and it's running good as new and I can relax and have piece in our home again ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My dryer runs smoothly again! *by E***U on February 7, 2020* "Is there a thunderstorm today? I thought the forecast said it was clear!" ... "Nope, that's just my dryer..."Has this ever happened to you? Have you found yourself so embarrassed because your dryer rumbles like thunder? Are you saddened by squeaks, squeals, bangs, booms, and thuds from your once quiet and happy clothes drying appliance? Chances are, your drum rollers have bit the dust and need to be replaced.This kit contains everything needed to replace the stock drum rollers with an OEM-like fitment. The rubber feels stronger on these rollers, and the bearings are a tiny bit noisier than OEM, but they roll very smoothly and very consistently. The shape and size are identical to OEM, and the only real difference is the fiber washers. In my install, I used the new fiber washers in the back where my originals were pretty much dissolved, and purchased some others to use in the front instead of the goofy flat bendy washers. The new clamps in this kit are way better than the OEM ones, and the thickness of the fiber washers is also greater than OEM. The replacement shafts are basically identical, with these having maybe an extra .5mm to 1mm length, which actually made installing extra fiber washers a breeze.My Maytag Neptune dryer has not been serviced properly prior to my owning it, and it still had its original drum rollers. Only one fiber washer was used on each side and only one goofy metal washer on each side. It sounds like some other models that other reviewers have mentioned contain two fiber washers instead, but this kit fit my machine perfectly and needed no extra parts. I only chose to use fiber washers the whole way around due to some bad experiences with heat, metal washers, and bearings in RC cars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These work great *by B***G on January 22, 2020* Started getting an annoying squeak from the dryer, investigated and found the rollers were dry and breaking down. Put some bearing grease on the sleeves and let er rip. Got another 3 months out of it before it came back. Found these under $20 figured it was a no brainer. Just sucked having to take dryer allllllllll the way apart again.I've had this installed for a week or so about 20 loads- does the trick.I still put some high temp wheel bearing grease on the sleeves just for S and G.
