I bought this due to an upcoming trip, but I've also been studying the Thai language for a month now and this was super helpful in filling in some gaps I had with online classes and apps....nearly every page was an "Ohhhhh" moment. Great for a trip but even better if you're learning the language too!

Good phrasebook. But the biggest downfall is that Thai scripts are too small to read due to book size. You must read it near your eyes or use a magnifying glass to read them well. This phrasebook is not for everyone specially for elderly ones or those with poor eye-sights.

This was a gift for a friend whoโs visiting Thailand for the first time next week with her son. This phrase book is perfect: a great selection of words and phrases, practical, easy to memorise and clearly laid out in logical categories.
