I love this little pouch, I mink oiled as soon as I got it, the oil softened the leather a bit, and gave it a real nice brown shade that looks very nice. I see it useful for diff pistol and rimfire cartridges, 22, 22 mag, 38 & 357 mag. Yes recommend w out hesitation

These authentic leather pouches with a twist latch, are a wonderful spare ammo pouch, they serve qwite well as speedloader pouches, and can capacitate speedloaders with ammo up to larger calibers such as S&W.500Mag, I haven’t tryed th S&W.460Mag, but they are roomy, sooo, at this price, check it out for yourself...

Cool little pouch. Holds exactly 100 .22lr ammo. I like the little flaps on the inside so things won’t spill out but it makes it somewhat difficult to remove things from the pouch overall.

This pouch Is awesome. Leather appears high quality and the stitching is great; snap closure appears solid. It doesn’t look out of place on a cowboy or work belt. This pouch was obviously made for some sort of Chinese uniform. It’s very versatile and can be used for anything from a dip can to small tools to extra ammo; I, myself am going to use it to carry .177 pellets when out in the field. I will advise this pouch comes bone dry and must be treated with a conditioner or it will crack and peel apart; I recommend Bick 4.

It's a well-made little ammo pouch. It is smaller than I expected. It will fit on a skinny belt and hold ammo or earplugs. I am going to use it on my suspenders to hold my earplugs. It is a nice compact size with enough room to get your fingers in it. OhioMo123

My oh my this is it here gents. Top quality stitching; thick, stiff leather that WILL break in well over time with the help of conditioner and damn does it look good. At about the size of a base ball at face and an inch or so deep it'll hold darn well exactly 18 rounds of Federal .357 mag( 20 if you prefer 38 special) OR 100 rounds of cci 22lr. Im a stone mason by trade and have somewhat thick hands and fingers which make grabbing the ammo out difficult for when I want a handful of 22lr but a non-issue when I'm pinching out .357 one at a time. It comes in a natural color but I darkened it with some olive oil to better match my holster and my belt. Only time and use in the field will tell if the "latch" will keep the ammo unspilled while pounding stakes, climbing trees or wrastlin' coyotes; if it fails me at all i WILL update this review, though the leather is thick enough to keep the flaps down latch or no latch. This product is something I'll never have to buy again but I just might as a gift or as a coinpurse for my wife, Sandy, who thinks it looks "cute".

The size is as stated and the quality of the brass buckle is good. The leather.. eh not impressive. It was VERY dry and almost impossible to bend open. If this wasn’t real leather, it would have crumbled as it opened. I slathered it in leather conditioner 2 times before I felt comfortable to gift it to my brother as it was purchased as a birthday present.

Sturdy ammo pouch for my .22s , Silver-A latch doesn’t necessarily stay closed unless you put firm pressure on it but ammo doesn’t fall out even if upside down with latch open due to thick inner flaps, like another reviewer said I put lots of leather conditioner on it as well as some olive oil and probably will need some more hopefully will become a little more pliable over time but I’m satisfied with the sturdiness. I will use the carabiner to clip to my belt and ammo bag due to it being easier to tilt the bag to get more round rather than diggin in the bag.

Smells God awful, you need to leave it outside to air out. Really stiff lips make for hard opening. It's a cheap pouch, you get what you paid for, still works.

It is leather. It is sturdy. It smells like all the mildew ever, but is not discoloured. This pouch is impregnated with some super-musty smelling chemical.
