Great bands. I have used these at the gym. They are heavy duty and do not roll up my legs like the rubber type bands. There are several colors for different tightness. Great for workouts and physical therapy. There is a small black vinyl bag to store the bands. Also includes a pamphlet of exercise that you can use the bands for. Highly recommend!

I tried them as soon as I get them. Great to include them in my workout routine, you can feel the difference in each band,you have to put more effort to start using the heavy one if you are a beginner like me, I think you could skip the light one but its good to have as get use to it, it depends on your level as I am just speaking from my perspective. They don't slip and the size is the same for each band, the tension you feel when exercising it's what you expect and it still feels comfortable. It's a good product overall for the right price. Maybe the storage bag isn't the best but is a good add on, serves it's purpose of make them portable, so you can take the bands wherever.

The product is good quality with a nice design. Doesn't pinch when doing workouts. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the Light band feels more like the Medium band. Just wish it had less resistance for beginners.

Great bands. I am 60 I use them in my exercise morning routine. I needed to rehab after back surgery and these have really helped out. They stay in place and don’t roll up while I’m moving! There are different colors for different levels of resistance and a bag to keep them together. Great product!

Nice quality in 3 strengths for a diverse workout. I like the fabric material. Feels like these will hold up a long time.

During PT and now, I use these for my various exercises. When I had the thin bands (rubber) from PT, they would always roll on me, and were painful. These give me just the right amount of resistance and I can increase resistance as needed, since these are graduated in strength.

Amazing quality resistance bands. At first I was considering buying rubber ones to same money. But I thought I should treat myself and get some that would most likely last longer. I've only used the "light" one so far, but boy does it work! Not as stretchy as I thought, but I'm new to resistance bands, so I'm not sure if that's just this brand, the material, or is the norm. The bands have a strip of a different material on the inside which prevents any slipping and sliding, and the fabric feels very good quality overall. No tearing, snapping, or breaking yet. Would absolutely recommend! Really gives your thighs and glutes a burn.
