This is the reason why I didn't give it five stars... When you put a charm on it, it hangs on the bottom which looks kinda silly. A charm should hang from the top. But it is very good quality for the price. The plastic is not to hard or soft and I really like how the openings are covered like the audio jack and charge port. There are built-in plug(caps?) for earphone plug and charging socket so no dust goes there, and when you need to access to them, you just lift the plug(flap) up but the plug is attach to the cover so no worry to loose them. The cover is very soft and thin, and not slippery so makes it easy to hold the iphone with one hand. One BIG plus for me is the hole(cut out) made to the case for the charging socket is big enough so that some lightning charger cables with slightly bigger head still fit without taking the case off.(The one I had before I had to remove it to use those non-apple charger cable with bigger head.)
