I only tried them for half an hour while trying to find volume settings. Even still, the volume was quiet. Not good for going to the gym or using when in the same room as someone who has a phone or TV on high. The earphones are exactly the same in quality of sound and functionality. Colors options available do change with versions. There is no design difference in the earphones. They made no improvements to the earphone technology. The 2.0 series do not charge faster, sound better, fit different, smell better or anything else others answering this question have been misinforming potential buyers. The version change is solely a case upgrade and color availability. The 2.0 version has a less sporty and more of a refined and classy case design in many respects with additional case battery charge storage and wireless charging capabilities.
