Beautiful and Perfect Size for My Needs
I have a coffee table I really love because it's one of those where the top will lift up to become a makeshift table (see pic). It's perfect for eating while watching TV or for any informal sort of meal time or while working on paperwork or anything else. But the top of the table got messed up in a couple of spots on the top. I looked in vain for a replacement coffee table but could never find any I liked as much. So for years I covered the screwed-up areas on the top with a too-narrow runner that ran too long and hung over the sides. I was so thrilled when I found this beautiful, crafted lace-and-fabric doily that was long and wide enough to cover up the messed up areas on the top of the coffee table without running over the sides! Absolutely perfect for my needs. And when I eat off the top of the table when it's lifted, I have simply to put a couple of placemats down to protect the table and lace doily!

Beautiful, but be aware of the size when choosing.
I really like the look and feel of this table runner, it's very beautiful! It fit my table pretty well, with the exception of the width. I ordered the 16 inch-width, not allowing for overhang on the sides of the table. However, with the little lacey designs on it, they actually extend to 17 inches. I am going to keep the runner and buy more for my other tables, but I will keep that in mind when choosing a size.

Very Pretty
I purchased this to hide a discoloration in an antique coffee table that I have. When ordering it, I was afraid that it would not cover the spot or that it would overhang. To my surprise, not only did it cover the spot, it fits perfectly on my table and I think it is a lot prettier than I expected. It is very pretty and it really spruced up the table.
