It works as well as the brand and saves me money. A very good value for the money spent, indeed. It relieves my cough at night, so I take it right before I get in bed. I don’t have to take a second dose in the middle of the night, which is good. The taste is strong, as expected, so I usually rinse my mouth out with water after I take the swig. Great deal on generic for NyQuil with same ingredients in same amount. Costs less on Amazon than even at local stores. Effectively relieves coughing and sneezing associated with cold and allergies. Relieves tickling itchy throat. Taste is palatable in this green formulation. I find it much more pleasant than the cherry flavored and this regular flavor is easier to find on Amazon. Overall; I highly recommend this item for colds and allergies.
