After researching handheld steamers for an hour I finally settled on this one because of the cute color, portable size and ease of use. First impressions: Item was packaged well. Upon opening the box displayed a midnight blue color and I immediately said uh-oh because I had ordered pink. I took it out of the box and sure enough it was blue. Other than the color I thought it was a small cute size and well made. First Use: I opened the water reservoir an filled with water. I thought it was a little difficult since the hole to pour the water was smaller than the size of a dime and i have waterfall spouts so the water got everywhere. After cleaning off the excess water I snapped it back into place no problem. I flipped the on switch and waited the 20-30 seconds and the steam began to come out. It easily steamed my shirt and the wrinkles came out seamlessly. Things to Note: - I attached the brush and within the first 10 minutes of use it fell off 3 times. No big deal but a little annoying - There is only and on/off switch, I wish there was like a pause button, since you have to wait again for the steam every time you turn it off - Any part that you see that is black does get very hot. It doesn't burn my hand but its almost at that point. If you have small children and they touch it, it will probably burn them. There is a Caution label at the top black part but not on the underside black part which gets hot as well. - The water reservoir is quite small, obviously due to the travel size. It did take almost one whole use to steam one shirt. Again no big deal, but it can be a little annoying especially if you have sink faucets like I do where the water will get everywhere Product Replacement: Since I am an Amazon Prime member I did call customer service about the color issue. The rep ordered a new one and scheduled a UPS pickup for the incorrect item. Easy and hopefully I will get the right color in a few days. Overall: I think this is a great steamer and good quality for the price. It will get the job done easily and quickly. I also love that is is small enough to be portable for travel/vacations. A steamer isn’t something you buy very often but I have been on the hunt for a long time to find the right portable one. I have returned or given away 3-5 steamers the past few years as they frustrated me. I’ve had this one 1-2 months now and have used it about 5 times. I only write reviews for items that are fantastic or awful as other items meet my needs but are not review worthy. The short version is this steamer is incredible. Perfect for travel, small, lightweight, and easy to operate. The 2 best things about it is the heat up time is very fast and it just steams away WITHOUT SPITTING ANY WATER! If you get one that spits water, there is something wrong with it and needs to be exchanged. I’m also very impressed for the small size of the water reservoir that it’s very efficient t and you get a lot of clothes done. I did a blazer, 3 sweater maxi dresses and a blouse on one tank of water. Refilled, quick heat up and continues on to the next items. Again, after YEARS of trying to find a decent steamer, this is it. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: After leaving the review below when i received a faulty steamer, the vendor reached out to me and asked if i was willing to give it another shot. Honestly, i dont know why i dont go to the vendor directly when a part doesnt work as it usually works out for the better. Anyways, once i received the replacement part (it was sent promptly after the review), i immediately tested out on probably the most wrinkled shirt i have in order to find a reason to no like it. And now I am here to tell you, i would have LOVED, to hate this but honestly it works and pretty dam well i might add. If you are looking for a small, quick, travel size steamer, this might be it (TEST IT OUT BEFORE TAKING IT ON VACATION). If you are looking for a steamer that can steam your entire wardrobe in one take of water, this is not designed for that. I would have given 5 starts but the first steamer i received was faulty. The customer service i received though, 5 starts PREVIOUS REVIEW: Spews out a large amount of water from the steam holes. Even putting a towel covering the holes still didnt work from keeping my clothes from getting soaked. After using it on a side of my shirt, it looks like I was steaming using a child's water gun. Yes I read all the instructions it came with to make sure I wasnt missing a special trick. Returning in the morning.

Me gusto mucho esta plancha de vapor, es bonita, práctica y de muy buen tamaño. Cumple mis expectativas, funciona muy bien, ya que a diferencia de otras que escurren agua y arrojan poco vapor esta es potente y no tira nada de agua, eso me agrado bastante. Buen producto, lo recomiendo. Felicitaciones a quienes elaboran este producto, sigan con ese control de calidad. El envío se cumplió como lo estipularon, muy buen servicio. Gracias.

Buena plancha pero no hace milagros. Sirve para remover arrugas ligeras y dejar la ropa bien, pero no suple completamente una plancha tradicional. Marcas o arrugas difíciles o muy marcadas no las podrá quitar. De ahí en más está bien. Es fácil de usar y rápido

Justo cuando pensé en realizar esta reseña se me cayó y rompió :( la compré un par de años atrás y hasta la fecha funcionaba excelente, el vapor continuaba saliendo fuerte. El tamaño es perfecto para llevarla de viaje. Como toda plancha de vapor, funciona mejor usándola verticalmente pero también lo hacía muy bien horizontalmente (solo se tenía que dejar cargar más agua para que continuara saliendo el vapor correctamente). Bueno, me gustó tanto que la busqué en mis pedidos anteriores para volverla a comprar. Esta versión era agotada pero compré una más actual, espero que sea igual de buena.

De lo más práctico y efectivo para planchar. No maltrata la ropa súper fácil de usar y buena calidad. Cuidado al manipular la ropa para no quemarse.

Estuve usando el producto por algunos meses. En generar funciona con arrugas pequeñas pero para telas mas gresas se necesita la plancha convencional. No la usaba frecuentemente y un dia de la nada solo dejo de funcionar, no se cayó ni hubo ningún desperfecto electrico. Contacté al vendedor y no respondió asi que ahora el equipo solo es una pieza de basura. NO LO RECOMIENDO
