I have a thick, short, fine hair, untreated. I wash it every other day. This shampoo leaves my hair clean, shiny, and healthy-feeling when I use it. It does make my hair a little "softer" or limper than I might want after I use it, but with a little product, it gets back to its regular volume. I definitely think the biotin and collagen have strengthened my hair because the shafts themselves are stronger and healthier after 9 months of use. I recommend this shampoo if you have thin hair, damaged hair, hair in need of some TLC, etc. If your hair is already strong and healthy, this formula might make it get a little limp. Smells feminine-neutral but the smell doesn't linger too much. I like this shampoo and while I won't buy again (as damaged hair has grown out/strengthened), I would recommend it.

awesome shampoo, great smell and really good texture

I was on vacation in NC, and went to Walmart because I didn't pack shampoo and hand soap was getting a little yuck. Anyway, I grabbed this stuff off the shelf bc of price and it said volumizing. It is great stuff. It really does get your hair clean and it leaves me not looking so hair challenged.

I used this because I thought my hairline was receding. Cant attribute it to my hairline coming back since I used oils/conditioners etc, but I’ll give an honest reviewPROS+Smells great+made my hair appear fuller and made it softerCons:-none. I’ve been using this biotin + collagen shampoo for about 2 weeks now, and it’s… okay. I was hoping it would make my hair feel thicker and stronger, and while it does add a little volume, it’s not as dramatic as I expected.The smell is really nice, kinda sweet but not overpowering. It lathers well, and my hair feels clean after using it, but I did notice it can be a bit drying if I don’t use conditioner. I haven’t really seen much difference in my hair growth or thickness—maybe it takes longer to work, but I was hoping for more noticeable results by now.Overall, it’s a decent shampoo, but if you’re expecting instant thicker hair, this might not be it. I’ll finish the bottle, but not sure if I’ll repurchase.
