Extra long velcro allows to adjust for thin or thick wrists.2. Very strong velcro.3. Does not bite/scrape into your hand when wrapped tightly. Very wide giving ample support.4. Does not allow much movement of wrist if wrapped properly - half on wrist, half on hand.5. Good for heavy benchpress. Great for front squat, back squat(if you have wrist pain), clean & jerk and snatching.6. You will feel effect straight away. Weights that felt heavy will feel light even though you supported only your wrists.7. No pain/soreness/sensation afterwards.Cons:-Not many.1. Loop should have been attached more securely to wrap. Prone to tearing off after stretching repeatedly.2. Could have been available in more designs/colours.Tips:-1. Just wrap it very tight RIGHT BEFORE lift.2. Do not keep it wrapped between sets. Yes these are a bit expensive than the others.. And I'll tell you why it is.. You see most of the wrist grips out there just make you look "cool"...
