While it is not sold by Amazon I felt confident that amazon would do something to help me if there was an issue as they always do. As long as a customer you are reasonable and not abusing it amazon is great at jumping in and helping.As for the product I use it for heated floors in my bathroom. Installed this summer. Had to wait a few months before i could use it and let me tell you it is perfect.I’ve been lazy on setting up Alexa with it so can’t speak to that but I’m about to do that today.
