User Manual is not in English.
User Mnual that was found in box is not in English but in some other language but th scrpit is just like English. Even every thing written on the box is same language. It makes everthing confusing. Working is fine. It is "Value for money" product.

Device is nice ..cozy still effective compare to price...but if accessories required where to contact? Don't know..even Amazon customers care not able to provide contact details..as they don't know seller info...on manual book or on invoices..no contact details Seller in India is Advil corporation MP not providing his contact number anywhere...I need elec.pad as it's not working after one months use..then what ? You need to throw machine in dustbin and order new one..as accessories not available anywhere .. ๐

Not very powerfull
I brought this product on April 22. But it is not very powerfull to give massage to spine or lower back. It works ok with shoulder and arms.
