Works well and price is outstanding
Out maytag dryer's heat went out and after testing the course with a multimeter, I found a break on the heating element. Please make sure your dryer is a top screen filter. It was easy to replace. Thank you YouTube.

Dryer heating element replacement
Perfect fit. Relatively easy install. There is a separate cover for the heating element so you don't have to take the whole back off the dryer. An instruction sheet that would have been helpful is not included. We changed everything that was easy to change. About an hour total. This is a better heating element than OEM. The old element had broken which is common for dryer heating elements. DIY and save probably $200.

This was a great buy for the money. It fixed my dryer and was not a complicated job. Everything needed was included in this package. It wouldโve cost so much more to have had a repairman come. Great product!

Took back off my Maytag Centennial and cleaned out all the lint and dust debris. Although I have a multimeter, I donโt have a clue how to use it. Dryer quit heating but was blowing air. Since I couldnโt test each individual part to see exactly which one caused failure, in which case I would have purchased OEM exact part. However, due to age of dryer, if $50 gets me by six months, it was money well spent. Simply take clear and accurate pictures B4 disconnecting wires and personally, wouldnโt dare leave these aftermarket parts unattended while dryer running. I replaced everything in the kit and she is working good for past four days now!! BOOM!! (No instructions in box, take pics of wires)

Perfect replacement heating element and maintenance kit
Great collection of items to keep an older dryer going. I refuse to upgrade my old dryer because it is so easy to repair with parts like this readily available. This kit contains the most common items to fail, plus some extra parts that make it work for various models. No question I will buy this kit again down the road when I need to replace the heating element again.

Easy fix
PLEASE UNPLUG BEFORE YOU START (I know this is common sense but, just giving common courtesy for someone who may not know) Pay close attention to the smaller parts if youโre replacing them too, they do look similar to each other. I had a little trouble lol. I needed the heating element, but while I had the back off just replaced everything that came in the kit, kept the others just in case. After I figured out what I was doing wrong, it took no time at all to finish everything. Dryer works great & has that new dryer smell. ๐ I included pics of the wiring placement if anyone needs references.

Easy DIY whirlpool dryer
Exactly what I needed. Had a broken coil in heating element but replaced all the other connectors it comes with as well, thermal fuse, thermostat and what not. Fit perfectly. So happy for a $50 fix, easy to DIY

This dryer heating element fit our old Whirlpool dryer and works well so far. Also came with a timer switch, which my husband attached to the new heating element. Would recommend this product. Update: The heating element only lasted for a month and stopped working. Three quarters of the unit looks burnt. Unable to return it as it was passed the 30 day return window. Definitely do not recommend!
