Trifala Guggul - Metabolic & Detox Harmony

It has become my first choice to get these two supplements

I love to see the bottle essentially full, that is so rare these days. The suggested daily use is 1-2 capsules 1-2x/day. I would like more details than that. So depending on your use, the bottle will last 1-4 months. The expiration date on my bottle is Dec 2027, so about 3.75 years from now. The smell and taste are mild to almost non-existent and the capsules are easy to swallow. I like that the bottle says GMP-certified and Made (with love) in the USA. It says lab certified, but I like to see 3rd-party so I know it's not the manufacturer certifying their own product. I would also like to see non-GMO and organic. The product page does specify that it's 3rd-party tested, organic, and non-GMO. I love the absence of fillers! I seem to take longer than most to see results from starting a new supplement, but I have been happy with other products from this company and like this combination of ingredients (I had to do some research because I'm new to them). If I can benefit from using it while having it last at least a couple months, I'm ok with the price as well.

I have never seen Triphala smelled *Trifala* before so this gives me a bit of concern. Triphala is one of the best natural Ayurvedic remedies to keep the body healthy and has been used for thousands of years with wonderful results. I wouldn't be without it. They have added Guggul to this formula, a wonderful herb, which also has good results especially with helping to balance metabolism. It's a very good product and has been working well for me.

A very full bottle of supplements which is nice. This bottle of Trifala Guggul - Metabolic & Detox Harmony pills aren't super easy to swallow as they are on the larger side of the pill scale. I like that they are made in the USA and are vegan. For the most part, I'm pretty new to taking supplements... aging tends to send you in this direction. I would have liked if the manufacturer hadn't placed a big white sticker over some of the products informative label as shown in image. For this reason I did a websearch of the words - harmony veda - and found the maker's site which provided a good bit of information and a higher comfort level in trying the product. I've taken these three days in a row now and haven't found any negative side effects. Also, I haven't noticed any real effects as far as detoxification, rejuvenation, optimum weight, digestion, and absorption - as the product advertises. That being said, I do intend to take the product for another week or two - to allow it an opportunity to show results. Because supplements effect each of us somewhat differently - if you decide to try this product, I would suggest use for at least a week before deciding if its right for you. Overall remain hopefully optimistic in use of this product.

These two components: Triphala (composed of 3 plants) and Guggul (which is a less known supplement than Triphala) are totally up my alley - the former is for proper gut health (but also has other benefits) and the latter is known to have anti-inflammatory properties as well as helping with heathy cholesterol levels. Plus, this supplement is "cleanly" made (no fillers, nothing non-essential). All great so far! The only problem I have with this supplement is this: they give the whole amount per serving - combination of Triphala and Guggul, while I would have liked to know how much Triphala is there and how much Guggul, because then I would know if I am getting enough or not enough or too much per serving of each of the 2 components, according to my needs . Also, a strange way to spell Triphala - as Trifala, but I guess it's for an easier read (?).

I've been using this supplement for around a week, and have noticed the combination of the Triphala and the Guggul seem to be a bit more potent than the Triphala alone. The product definitely has more of a "cleansing" effect on me, and will see how continued use is over the next few weeks. As of this time, there are no negative side effects and that's a definite positive. At the moment, I expect to be re-ordering and giving this a fair shot. The price point is pretty much "in line" with other products containing similar ingredients and it seems to be an easily digestible supplement. Thank you.

I tried Trifala Guggul but didn't experience any noticeable effects on my metabolism or overall well-being. I received the product for free; however, I don't feel it is a good value for the price being asked. Your results may be different. While the capsules themselves were inoffensive (earthy smell, no strong taste), the packaging had a significant flaw. An inventory label obscured some important product information on the bottle. This is concerning because it covers up directions for use. Difficult to Recommend, But Not Against It: Since I saw no positive or negative effects, I can't recommend this product. However, the lack of results doesn't necessarily mean it's ineffective for everyone. If you're considering Trifala Guggul, consult with your doctor to see if it aligns with your health goals. Look for a product that takes more care insuring clear and accessible information on the packaging.
