First of all, I have never reviewed any product on Amazon until now. I believe in this product, so I had to make others aware of its benefits. I have taken other Turmeric Curcumin in the past with little or no results until my friend at work gave me a bottle of this product to try. At first, I was very skeptical because of my past experience with the other brands I had purchased. I started taken them only because my knees were hurting so much, and I do not like taking pain medication. However, I was pleasantly surprised to note the difference in my knees and after 3 weeks my knees felt so much better. I have spread the good news to all my friends and family members and other co-workers. Moreover, anyone who wants the benefits from this product should really try this.When the capsules she gave me were finished my pain came back and that is when I realized how good they were. Unlike the other ones that I had taken in the past these actually felt like I had taken pain medication with the added bonus of heart health, antioxidant properties, immune system boost, improved brain function and more proven effective benefits of turmeric curcumin. With that in mind I had to order my own ASAP. I just received my order today and I am so excited to finally get back on track taking these capsules. I've purchased this product monthly over the past few years and say that it is effective in reducing inflammation. I had issues with my SI joint staying in place after chiropractic adjustments, and started taking this to help reduce the swelling in the joint. It took a few months to build up in my system, but my adjustments started taking and the swelling went down. I've tapered off from taking it in the last 6 months and really noticed a difference in joint paint and adjustment effectiveness. It's a natural way to help combat pain. I find the pills are a bit large and require a lot of water to swallow. I normally can down 4-5 pills at the same time, so please be mindful that you need a little extra to swallow these. I try to take them with food and at lunch because they can cause some reflux depending on what I eat with it. I never take them at night (with dinner).

I thought that I didn't need Turmeric/Curcumin because my joints had not bothered me for several years - the amount of time I was taking T/C. So, I decided to stop taking it - not just because I had no joint pain, but also because the brand I was using upset my stomach a bit. What a mistake...not only did my knees begin to ache, but places I didn't even know I had began throbbing. I did some research and discovered that the other ingredients in Farm Haven's T/C helped with absorption and stomach upset. I've only been taking this product for a week, but the difference in my knees is almost miraculous. I have no pain whatsoever - and no stomach upset. I take 3 capsules/day and am pain-free. I've learned my lesson...I'll continue to take Farm Haven's T/C, especially if I have no pain. I think the positive that came out of this "experiment" is that I am taking a brand that works better and is easy on the stomach. I decided to space out the 6 pills a day, then 2 pills 3x a day, then 3 pills 2x a day, which is where i am now. These pills have been a lifesaver for my knees, as I was literally in tears in pain! While the pain has not disappeared (I need TKR), it has made life tolerable amd I walk 3 miles a day and I can sleep without pain. I have it on my Subscribe and Save now, and I've also added it to my dog's daily supplements( in doggie form). I really do feel this works for me!
