Great for RV yellowing removal
This stuff is great! I purchased an older RV and some of the inside plastic trim was yellowed from UV rays. The regular home peroxide wasn't strong enough to bring back the original color, through bleaching, but this stuff worked great. Being kind of a gel, it would stick in place and therefore do a better job. All of my plastic is now light colored again.

Always works great with hair bleach powder to prepare my hair for wild, bold colors!
This product works great with a good powder bleach product! You only have to leave it in like 2 minutes before it activates! You want it somewhere between thick and runny when you apply it to your hair. Not dripping at all. And definately not like a paste or cream. And no heat necessary if you bought a decent hair bleach powder. Just put bleach on DRY hair always! This creamy developer has a great consistency and really makes the job easier and makes for a better turnout. I have been coloring my own hair since 1991. I had tried probably every kind of developer under the sun before I landed on this kind. I used to buy it in town but then I found it on Amazon.com -bigger and cheaper (#saved) - so I have been hooked since. (I've been using it for years as the foundation of my masterpiece because my hair has been pink, blue, purple, black, and burgundy!) Just make sure you rinse very well and DON'T use conditioner before coloring your hair and always color on WET hair! Hope this helps. Now go dye today! Ha!💃

Will bleach bones well, requires multiple applications
Used for bone bleaching, thick paint consistency, but would occasionally bubble out of teeth sockets or small holes, so it needed re-application. 4 applications over 24 hours was equivalent to 4-6 hours soak in standard hydrogen peroxide, but skulls could not have any grease residue, as it works from only one side of the bone and doesn't soak through. Much better price than liquid hydrogen peroxide for larger skulls. Smell was more tolerable compared to similar products.

Maximum lightening, stays in place and doesn't drip off side of head
I use this Marianna developer with Clairol BW2 powder lightener to take my extremely resistant medium brown hair to a nice sunny blond. For decades, I used Clairol Professional - Pure White Soy Complex Crème Developer with the BW2 but what I was experiencing with that combination was that if I mixed enough powder in the developer that it was thick and would not fall off where it was developing on the sides or back of my head (vertical surface) it would start getting dried out, sort of like a dried out foam. The alternative was to add more developer so it was 'wetter' but then it was not thick enough to stay on vertical parts of my head and would start sliding and dripping down, and would be hard to keep it in place even with a plastic cap. So when I experimented with Marianna - it's got a thicker cream consistency so I can add much more of the developer so the mix stays wet through the processing, but also stays in place. It's that small difference that makes a big improvement in the logistics of sides and back of head. So now my go to formula is Marianna Super Star Creme Developer 40 Volume, mixed with Clairol Professional - Pure White Soy Complex Crème Developer - in a proportion of wet to dry that mixes up to a consistency like whipped cream that is just starting to thicken, with soft peaks just starting to form but with points that droop over immediately. This gives it just enough body to stay in place, but enough moisture to stay wet and keep in contact with the hair as it foams and expands while the hair dryer heats it. I find that if I just let it sit on my hair cold - my hair will not get to blond even if I left it on an hour or more. Instead, I cover the bleach covered strands with a plastic cap, then heat with a hairdryer on low for 4 minutes, remove the cap and check the color, mush the heated foamed up bleach mixture back into a cream and ensure all hair is in contact with the solution, cover again with the cap and heat another 2 minutes. Check again for color and usually this is just about perfect, and rinse. I had also experimented with Schwarzkopf Premium lift 9 developer and powder that must have some built-in extra chemicals that causes it to heat by itself so you don't need a hair dryer, but while it was a great idea, the initial thick texture would break down in that process and by the time it was hot it was also becoming more liquid and starting to run off the sides of my head. So it seems best to use this simpler powder and developer method and apply the heat externally myself for more control.
