Update: Kitchen renovation is complete and have finally been able to sit on these...the stools are fantastic!!! After assembling the first of 4 stools, the others were a breeze. The most difficult and time consuming part of the assembly, was using the Allen wrench, but I took out my drill, put an Allen wrench bit on it, and this sped things up tremendously but there were a few areas that I was unable to use the drill on, so I had to use the wrench provided Other than that these stools are sturdy, comfortable and look great...I can't wait till our kitchen renovation is complete, so we can try these "BAD BOYS" out.

Beautiful stools and very sturdy but definitely hard to assemble.

Really nice chairs. Good quality. Whiter than expected but not disappointed. I like the rustic look. Cushion very firm which kinda made the chair a tad high. But sitting on it a while compressed the cushion a bit to a more comfortable height. We got 6 chairs and 5 swiveled easily, 1 not as much but when you sit on it, it swiveled fine. Easy assembly. My 11 year old twins assembled 5 of 6 chairs with use of power drill. They just needed help screwing cushions, but otherwise it was a piece of cake.

Chairs came on time, I got 4. I thought I ordered gray but got sea foam white. Could have been my error. The sea foam white matched perfectly to my counter top so I kept them and extremely pleased for the error regardless who made it! The Wood was split in some places on the parts by the screws. We glued and you cannot see the splits as they were on the inside of the chair parts. Some washers were missing. One chair came with pink stain on the top of the back. I had to try match the paint to cover up, it was not perfect but looks OK. The paint gets dirty easy and you need to wash often. Overall, they look really good in my cabin. I was disappointed in the quality but they do look good. They look so good that it was not worth sending them back!

This barstool is beautiful. Easy to assemble once you figure out step 1. The included instructions aren’t very clear but once you figure that step out it was a breeze. Hopefully my pics and video will help save someone else a little time. They really are worth the frustration of the 1st step. I was missing a washer - out of the 3 stools we bought. Not terrible but it seems like something the company might want to hire someone to quality check before they ship.

Once you assemble one chair the next ones go easy. The wood on this chair is high quality, it's comfortable and looks very chic. Great quality, well worth the price. I would order again anytime!

Follow the instructions and everything will go smoothly. Very solid build. Takes a bit of time to assemble but that's normal for the quality of the chair. Bought 4 and they are all awesome!

These chairs a beautiful and very sturdy. My only issue is that there are some scratch marks where it looks like a machine has scratched off the paint and left marks there. I don't know if this is intentional, a product of how it's handled (since it's on multiple pieces), or if it's a design decision. I will be attempting to cover it up since I'm not a fan of it. That being said the overall design is great. Don't believe the people who say that the chairs come with a stain though. The screws and washers that the chair comes with have a light layer of grease on them. If you're not careful when handling the seat, you could be the one staining the chairs with your greased hands.

The chair itself is a very nice looking chair, but it was a pain to put together and arrived with some missing hardware. The predrilled holes do not line up very well, and I had to readjust quite a few times to make everything fit. The package arrived with some washers missing. Included with the instructions was a note from the manufacturer company to contact them if missing pieces are needed. Well, I did contact them, and I got a brusque response telling me they don't ship outside of the US to Canada and to go pick up the missing pieces myself at a hardware store. I have to give them an A+ for their customer service (not!). Luckily, this was a minor issue. I can't imagine what their response would be like for any major issues.
