Excellent Vitamin D. High quality supplement.

It is difficult to find 3000 unit vitamin D tablets. These are a good value. I have been using them for years.

Order these regularly to keep vitamin D levels up. Seems to work well because vitamin level have been in range since taking it.

I've seen a lot of D3 supplements in the 5,000 IU dose, and wonder who would take so much! My doctor carefully monitors my Vitamin D levels every 6 months - a common problem maybe with aging women? She had me start out with 1,000 IU, then move up to 2,000 IU, and finally said I could safely take 3,000 IU daily when my levels were still a bit low at the next visit. But 5,000 IU would seem to be used only for a rare severe Vitamin D deficiency if physicians are saying it's "safe" to take up to 3,000 IU once a day. And It's not easy to find D3 supplements in the 3,000 IU dose - the most common seems to be 1,000, 2,000 or 5,000. So THANK YOU Freeda for making this doctor-recommended dose in a single pill. Freeda is also one of the 10 or so "safe" vitamin companies I've found in consumer research reports that warn you about other companies who don't put what they say they're putting in their supplements, so it's a double-win that a reputable company like Freeda also sell D3 supplements in the right dose for me.
