How long do you keep your hair wrapped around the wand?

Depends on your hair and what temperature you have the wand set at. I set mine at about 376 degrees and it's under 30 seconds for a big piece of hair.

Is the on/off button supposed to turn it off? Or is there no way of turning it off without unplugging it or letting it auto shut off?

my on/off button shuts it off as well as turns it on

Is the heat setting adjustable on this iron?
