Do anyone knows how to factory reset this camera

Very good system. Cameras track cars and people very well. I have installed several of these with no problems. Connect your phone for remote viewing with app. Customer service is very responsive and helpful.

Bad quality. After few months, installed on February, now NVR makes a loud noise.

We received our Hiseeu system today - we were replacing and upgrading a Hiseeu camera system which we had purchased years ago. The new system arrived within 2 days of our order placement and was in perfect condition and was very well packaged. Set up and installation was extremely quick and easy and instructions were very easy to read and follow. We had 1 minor hiccup re-setting the password and reached out to Tech Support and they were GREAT!!!! In absolutely no time, we were fully up and running and "recording." Would definitely recommend this system if you are looking at a new camera install or a replacement/upgrade of your current security camera system.

I’m extremely impressed with the Hiseeu wired NVR camera system! The setup was simple, the image quality is crystal clear, and the live feed is fast with no lag. The cameras capture excellent detail day and night. What really stood out was the customer service — responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve questions. This system offers outstanding performance and reliability at a great price. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dependable, high-quality security solution!

Quality of picture is poor. Best to spend some more on a proper set of cameras rather than this. Visibility at night is horrible and during the day poor Two years later they stopped working. App is good.

I've bought a couple of other systems on amazon that had a common interface. The Hiseeu system is not like those other systems, the interface is more modern looking and easier to use. You also get a lot of value for the price, and the resolution is excellent. There is also a lot of configurability in the system. The system installed without any issues and worked as soon as the cameras were plugged in. Overall it was easy to setup. The app (Android) is pretty good overall. I've had trouble with other systems taking forever to initialize. This app gets going pretty quickly and reliably. The only negative with the app is the playback interface is hard to use to scan through looking for specific events. There is no jog to jump forward and back a few seconds, and after a while it will lockup sometimes. Also, the scroll bar cannot be zoomed in, so its hard to navigate accurately which can be annoying when you are looking for something specific. You also cannot jump from camera to camera easily in playback mode. It sometimes gets messed up between daylight and standard time, but you can always look at the time on the video to be sure. Overall, the playback part of the app could use some work but at least for real time it is fast and easy to use. Overall, this is the best system I have bought of the three I purchased in the last 10 years.

I have had this system running in my house for about 10 months. In the beginning, I had some minor issues, like glitches in the mobile app, but the manufacturer has been continuously improving both the app and the product, and it has become a very competitive surveillance system on the market now. Cameras have had no issues whatsoever. The image, resolution, colours, sound - all works fine. There is only one think I did not like - it was the program interface in the NVR itself. It was not easy to setup my initial access to the system - my password. The mouse was not very responsive, the keyboard I tried to plug in did not work for some reason. However, the system may have been improved for the modern systems since then though. And nobody really needs to use it every day, only the very first time, because all configuration - cameras, recording, events, alarms, sound, notifications - all available via mobile app in your phone. Just recently, I had a hard drive failure, so I contacted the service. The response surprised me in a good way - it was quick, professional and helpful. Company shipped me a replacement drive. Bottom line, I would recommend this product to any home or a small business owner - it can support up to 8 cameras and overall quality is very good.

I was a bit hesistant at first because the of the low price, bur ended up trying it out anyways. So far it has exceeded my expectations. I installed this for a friend's parents as a gift and overall the picture quality, night vision and build quality is better than my reolink 420 series cameras which are 2k res. The user interface is also modern and easy to use as compared to the typical 2000s interface on my reolink. Setup was simple and everything worked right out of the box, even when the cameras were connected to a poe switch in the garage and then into a wireless repeater with the main box inside the house. We had no networking issues and the box was able to locate all the cameras via the IP addresses. Super neat. I highly recommend this. Might just switch out my reolink to a 4k hiseeu in the next couple of years.

I am so far very impressed with the overall quality and ease of install with this complete system set up. The cameras are very well built and provide good video quality. I would highly recommend going with a wired system as opposed to a wireless one. I haven't set up the alarms yet, but this was a key feature for me choosing this system. The app is very easy to use also, playback is super simple. The two pictures are at night and from a screen shot on my phone, they may not do the camera quality justice. ***Update*** I have went through 3 replacement cameras and the 4th has just failed. Save your money and buy a quality system. They have not responded to recent emails. Buyer beware.

Purchased this system from all the great reviews about Hiseeu on Youtube. Had some items stolen from the back yard recently so decided to get some cameras. This system is a breeze to install keep in mind you will need to run Cat5e network cable (included) to each camera but as long as you can do that then this is by far the only way to go forget WiFi its just to slow to achieve a picture quality as good as this system is, its amazing and records 24/7 no cloud storage needed. Also as of these pictures its -25C here and no issues with cameras, I like how you can draw out a detection area around the image to eliminate falls detections. these pictures are daylight and night you can hardly tell its dark out. Needed to contact customer support and they responded right away. The Guard Station software for the PC is excellent for reviewing and transferring the saved recordings on your computer. Highly recommend.

Purchased based this system for peace of mind around my property. I chose this system as the camera system is hard wired instead or wireless wifi. The picture is clear even at night. The system works perfectly. Had 1 issue with 1 camera , however their customer service is excellent to deal with and very helpful. Would recommend this camera system to anyone looking to purchase. It took me approx 4 hours to properly run all the wires around the house and into my basement.
