I need salt supplements due to keto, an issue I only discovered after several tests with a cardiologist. These keep the heart palpitations and leg cramps away as long as I take regularly. I like that the salt is mined in the U.S. I actually use Redmond’s Real Salt as table salt, and the contents of these capsules does look like Real Salt, as claimed. Regarding the blue plastic claim from another reviewer, I can’t definitively counter that statement, but I will say that genuine salt is mined with other trace elements, which end up mixed with the salt. Some of those elements can be blue, which may be what the reviewer was seeing. They are harmless, and usually beneficial. I know that regular table salt and many salt supplements most assuredly do have nanoplastics mixed in, so I’ll take my chances with this.

Helps my with POTS symptoms a ton. I take every morning and more on days where I am feeling dizzy. Also great for preventing hangovers after special events. Does not irritate.y sensitive stomach or IBS.

I am very happy with this product. In fact, I'm just about to order my second bottle. I started ketoing way back in 2003. I kept it up for many years but the debilitating leg cramps and heavy limbs feeling made me reluctantly quit eating this way. There weren't as many keto resources then as there are today and I had no idea at the time that salt was my main problem (I took magnesium and potassium, made sure to drink the proper amount of water, etc and it didn't help). Once I discovered the salt element I went back to Keto recently. I made sure to use my pink Himalayan salt and drink cups of bullion regularly and although it helped, it didn't quite cut it. That stopped most of the leg cramps but did nothing for the heavy dead limb feeling in my legs, water retention at the end of the day in my ankles, or the extremely low energy days. I'm just finishing up my first bottle of the salt tablets and it's a real game changer, dare I say miracle. I feel great, I have energy, none of that heavy leg feeling, my water retention that I would get in my legs at the end of every day is gone, and even the muscle cramps I would normally get not while I was eating keto aren't happening (you know, when you bend a certain way or stretch too far and that part of your body seizes up). I do a 15 minute morning stretch routine and I can get into really deep stretches without risk of my muscles feeling like they're going to cramp up. I feel like I finally found that last missing keto link that I have been searching for for so long. My adult daughter, although she doesn't rat keto, also gets water retention, cramps, low energy, etc. She also started taking these and it's making a world of difference for her too. Very highly recommended.

I like this one but as the directions say yit must be taken with a big glass of water or it makes my stomach very upset. I usually like to have a little coffee In then morning and a glass of water with my food and supplements. This one makes me nauseous if I don’t have more water. It does help my salt levels though! I have low blood pressure and get light headed when I bend over, this helps with that by keeping my salt levels higher. It’s a good product but drink a lot of water when taking it!

As an ultrarunner, I spend hours at a time outdoors running, usually on mountain trails. I have a high sweat rate-I soak through my running clothes even during the winter months. I found SuperSalt several years back after struggling through 2 50-mile races with electrolyte imbalance. This product has made a huge difference. I like the ingredient profile more than the name brand pills/capsules. I don’t like flavored drinks in my flasks, so products like Tailwind and LMNT (tried these and more) are out. I like water and these capsules. I always have them in my hydration vest.

I am 33 years old and take this product 2-4 times daily for my autonomic dysfunction/ POTS / dysautomina -between this and sugar free Gatorade i am able to run and weight lift 4-5 times a week without major "flare ups" or hospitalization. the moment I start to feel one coming on (trachardya, dizziness upon standing, severely low blood pressure, blood pooling or extreme fatigue) I pop one of these and in a few minutes my symptoms have subsided. This is a wonderful alternative to taking blood pressure medication (if you suffer from chronically low blood pressure, POTS or autonomic dysfunction I suggest these first verses medication). I don't get heart palpitations or pain anymore as long as I stay on top of my electrolytes!!!! Very thankful for this product!!!!!!!! if you have medical issues, are an athlete or BOTH you NEED this product !!!!! Living with dysautomina doesnt mean you have to live your life bed-ridden or unable to excersise- listen to your body and take this every few hours and you will see great improvement with your body/health !!!!!!!
