Leffe Blonde Belgium Abbey Beer, 12 x 330ml

Being a bit of an aficionado of Belgian beers after previously spending around 10 years living part-time in Belgium, Leffe Blonde is my go-to every day (not literally!) beer of choice, saving types like Westmalle Tripel, Corsendonk Agnus and any of the Rocheforts for more of a treat or special occasion. Leffe Blonde has a perfect body, is full of flavour, is a perfect strength and is drinkable at any time of year. Availability in UK supermarkets has been pretty good over the last 10 years or so, but buying this case of 12 works out a couple of quid cheaper than the best supermarket prices I'd managed to find. Arrived all bottles intact the day after ordering (free next day delivery with Prime), despite not being despatched in any additional protection to the standard packaging.

Delicious beer

I'm a big fan of blonde Belgian beers and these definitely hit the mark taste- and price-wise. Normally I'm happy to drink beer from the bottle but it's definitely worth investing in some proper beer glasses to appreciate the look and flavour if this. Not my first purchase and won't be my last...

I am not normally a fan of beers at home (find it lacks the taste and structure of a pint in a pub), but given lockdown I have chosen to look at bottled beers. This hits the mark, established Belgian favourite, strong at 6.6% but lovely complex and fruity taste, pours well with a good head which lasts. After the third bottle it really doesnt matter then...but thats all you need (its not a downing beer). Chill, open and savour. A delight

My husband’s favourite beer so I often buy from amazon as it’s a great price. Unfortunately when a delivery man leaves the cases on the doorstep and watches while I ( a disabled woman ) struggles to lift the cases into my house it’s not such a great experience. It’s very rare that a delivery person goes without a tip. This was one of those rare occasions. Shame on you 😡

This beer has everything that you could wish for, from a strong Belgian Beer. 6.6% Abv with a cracking flavour of malt and hops, coming through. Thoroughly refreshing and not overly gassy. Absolute perfection in a bottle. Highly Recommended. Buy with Confidence. I do not receive any payment or free goods for writing these reviews. I really love the Belgian beers and I am a lager fun. It's hard to find good lager beer at a reasonable price in the UK and this case is totally worth it. I would buy again and I would recommend it if you know that you like this particular beer.

This was a great idea to do when you have loads of family over for the holidays. It’s so I have cheaper then the shops or ordering from Deliveroo on lazy days, that it makes you never want to go to the off license. Will definitely always buy my beers here and just stock for rainy days x
