Is there Windows 10 support and drivers?

From the Quick Installation Guide:""Windows 8/7/Vista/XP/Server 2003&2008/Server 2008 R2/2000 will automatically detect and install the correct driver for the FireWire PCI Adapter. No additional driver is needed"".For me,with Windows 10 is the same. In my case, I do not have problems with Windows 10 and this card.

Yes, it will work great with your Saffire series Focusrite. I actually bought mine to connect with my Liquid Saffire 56 and it runs much more stable than stock Asus motherboard.

Yes, this Firewire Adapter Card has three six-pin output connectors that will work with Firewire 400 (IEEE 1394a) devices. Note that there is also a four-pin connector for 1394a but it is typically used on devices like camcorders. This adaptor card has the six-pin 1394a connector that is typically used on computers. If you need to connect a six-pin connector on a computer to one with four pins (such as a camcorder), there is an excellent cable that I bought here at amazon under the brand name amazonbasics.

I have a Canon GL2 and a Windows 8. I also have a Firewire cord. If this installs into my Windows 8, will my Canon GL2 be able to transfer video?

This card is working for me with no issues in Win8, though I use it for music. Your cable will need to be IEEE 1394 6pin to 4pin and of course you'll need a  program to handle the video.
