I cannot say enough about this product. First, I am so extremely happy that I finally found a product that looks good and that I can do at home AND save money. Secondly, it looks amazing, and I will most likely never go to the nail salon again. Maybe just for a pedicure, which I can do with this too. Third, your nails will look professional and well done. No way in comparison to dip. I purchased the light pink builder gel. Then realized that I needed the base, top coat and lamp. Which all of these items are so very inexpensive. Be patient with this process. It takes a couple times to get it just right. One thing I have found to be helpful is, a little builder gel goes a long way. Also keep a cuticle stick close by, to clean up around the cuticle in case your gel starts to go over. Again, I cannot stress enough. Just use a little drop. That’s where I made most of my mistakes. Using too much. Also, base coat then cure, builder gel a small drop, it’s self settling so if you need to add more you can, then cure again. Then the top coat. That’s where the magic happens. 😊☺️😊 A shiny top coat that looks so professional, then cure. Then your nails will be dry to touch. Up until then? Don’t touch, or you’ll have a sticky mess. Sorry so long, it’s actually a very quick process. I LOVE IT!!!

Great product, I received items broken ( probably happened in transit) had to return and reorder but it was an easy process and received the new item in a timely manner

this little kit is so good, i have used mostly the base and shiny top coat, they are both great, the base is pretty sticky, so my gel adhere pretty nicely, the top coat is pretty decent and lasts a while, the matte finish unfortunately is pretty flaky and fragile. They are all pretty easy to use.

I have been looking for a no wipe gel topcoat that would work for natural nails. I've used one in the past that cracked since it was only formulated for hard gels and acrylics. Since most builder gels that I like are soak-off and I don't wear nail enhancements, just an overlay, I really did more research this time around. I was definitely skeptical since I have only used gel brushes from this brand. But I was eager to see how the topcoat would perform. I don't plan to use the base coat since I'm partial to another brand. Fair warning, this product has a terrible smell!!! No lie. It's a bit shocking and distressing. None of my gel or gellac products have a strong scent and definitely not this intense! I was really taken aback. But I persevered and figured I'd try it on one hand and use my other regular gel topcoat on my other hand to get a wear comparison. 1 week in and so far, it's stayed shiny, no cracks, chips or peeling. It seems resistant so far to staining from makeup even over a sheer color but I haven't tried it on any true shades yet. I'm very partial to nudes right now it's worked great with my sheer overlay. The formula, aside from the strong odor, self-levels pretty well BUT you have to beware not to apply too much as it has a thin consistency and can run into sidewalls of the the nail or into the cuticle. Also don't apply it too thin or it will be 'streaky' because gel is attracted to gel and it only self-levels if there is enough product applied in an even application. Take. Your. Time. I always check and make sure each coat is even and level before curing in my UV/LED lamp. Due to being a no-wipe, I avoid applying multiple coats because you can create ridges if your application isn't perfectly smooth. It works fine over other topcoats that have an inhibition layer. The convenience of not having to wipe off an inhibition layer is really great and makes my manicure process so easy. Despite the bad odor, I went ahead and purchased a full-size bottle so I'm hopeful I've found a new favorite topcoat. Looking forward to using it to apply chrome/mermaid powders as well.

You WILL NEED A UV/LED NAIL LAMP OR A FINGER LIGHT TO USE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!! HOWEVER, THE INFORMATION IN THE DETAILS SECTION OF THIS PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ALREADY MORE THAN MAKES THIS CLEAR!! If YOU MISS THIS DETAIL or don’t read this portion of the advertisement it IS NOT THE PRODUCT’S PROBLEM IT IS A PROBLEM WITH THE CONSUMER AND THEIR LACK OF DUE DILIGENCE! Take ownership and responsibility for your own actions and mistakes! Quit BLAMING others and companies/corporations for the lack of taking the time to thoroughly read the entire description of the product or reading some reviews and possibly even asking a question if YOU have one or two. If YOU are NOT satisfied with your understanding of the product or if you asked a question or 2 and don’t have any answers or aren’t satisfied with the answers you received then you don’t and possibly shouldn’t buy the product and YOU ARE FREE AND ABLE TO MOVE ON and not spend your money on this product or for that matter any other product either, or make sure that there’s a refund and/or exchange policy to fall back on and use it! But I would absolutely recommend and absolutely buy any “Beetles” product again and again! Highly impressed by this inexpensive product and brand! Definitely worth it and I think it’s actually better by far than the more expensive products that are available to do the exact same thing, but fall flat and short comparatively! The shiny finish is exactly that high shine, and matte finish is matte. I’m beyond happy.

Top coat bottle doesn’t last too much, it gets thick and rubbery too fast. Shame because it is a great product when it is new.

The set has a great shine and the matte top coat looks amazing, but unfortunately, the gel tends to peel on me after a couple of days. I followed all the prep steps, so I’m not sure if it’s my nails or the product. It’s easy to use and affordable, but the staying power isn’t quite what I hoped for. Might work better for others!
