While those were charging, I went ahead and used the roller for my pumping session and I saw an immediate increase in how much milk I was able to get out. It’s easier and faster and more effective than a hand massage. When I use it with the lactation massagers, I get 1-1.5oz more than I was getting before. Both products are doing a lot to help empty my breasts and make the most out of limited pumping sessions! If the lactation massagers are too pricey (they are expensive but in my opinion it was worth it) I definitely think getting this roller is a great alternative.
