All-Clad Stainless-Steel 7-Inch Oval-Shaped Baker, Set of 2 These highly polished (outside only including the bottom; inside has a matt finish), beautiful 18/10 Stainless Steel, oval bakers are excellent quality, durable, food grade, non-leaching, and a safe metal alloy especially, when preparing, and handling cooked or heated food. They are solid, durable, and heavy so you don't have to worry about them warping. I'm very please with All-Clad's craftsmanship whereas, you can tell that every detail including the rivets, which bind the handles to the oval pan have been designed and made to fit perfectly. As others have mentioned for a toaster/convection oven they fit just right, and that's why I wanted them. I heat/re-heat food in them, and they work great for cold snacks, as well. Just an fyi... The main product page pictures make it appear that they are round; however, they are in fact oval, and if you click on the customer images below that, you'll see better representations. They are 7" long, just a little over 5 ¼" across, and 1 ½" deep; just in case you are measuring to fit your toaster/convection oven, or otherwise. The product dimensions are not correct, and the product features depth information at the time I read this is also incorrect. Treat yourself or a loved one to higher quality, sustainable, reusable, beautiful product, and you won't regret it, other than why didn't you do it sooner! Hope that this helps.

I admit I was a bit skeptical about these, especially for the price, but my worries have been put to rest! What I love: The pans are seriously strong and heavy-duty They are a great shape with these groovy little handles and oval shape They hold the PERFECT amount of hot appetizer dip for a fun soiree! Do you know what I mean? Any bigger and the pan gets cold before it is finished, any smaller and "why am I wasting my time" right? I like to make up both and have the other in the fridge to pop in the oven when the first is about halfway devoured. Fridge - Oven - Table - Dishwasher! Ba da boom! May I also suggest buying one of those super cool, cast-iron warmer-things to use with it? They work great with this product! I stumbled upon these a couple of years back and love them! They are the Sungmore Heavy Duty tealight stands. Not sure how to add the product number to this but they work fabulously with these beauties! Only Regret? I should have just ordered a couple more sets of these all-clad bakers from the get-go! Then I wouldn't have to guard them from my friends who are now coveting them! ; )

Mostly really happy I ordered these. I also ordered the round ramekins because I couldn't decide which I would use most. So far I am gravitating toward the round ones because they are deeper, a little more substantial and because the textured surface of the round ones (as opposed to the polished surfaces of the oval pans) seems easier to keep clean and new looking. I am an All Clad collector and always prefer USA made. These are made in China, but then, so are the round ramekins. I got them to use in my new Breville countertop convection oven and they are the perfect size for that. I also purchased the 9" square baking pan and that is my favorite of the 3 purchases, partly because it is USA made. I thought these All Clad pans would encourage me to use my new oven instead of indulging my microwave habit, and so far the plan is working! Yay! It is fun to use the All Clad; the food I formerly cooked in the microwave tastes SO much better cooked in the oven. But my main motivation is to cook healthier and many sources say that microwaving food is not healthy. These pans help me make healthier choices because they are fun and pretty. Hope this helps you decide. Any problems I have with these pans, hence the 4 stars, are aesthetic (there were funny patterns in the surface that did not polish out with Bar Keeper's Friend)and no big deal - to me anyway. and that they are made in China. Would purchase again.

Great size for making individual sized dishes. To clarify, magnets don't stick to them but they do register and heat up on my induction stove.

Love these. I bought them to bake single servings in my toaster oven. So far, I've made baked fish, one person baked pastas and casseroles, a small tray of enchiladas.They fit perfectly in my small/cheap ($35) Black and Decker toaster oven, work great, and clean up beautifully. Once my B&D toaster oven breaks down I want to get a larger convection toaster oven which I'm sure these will work great in as well. While these are not made in the USA, as the All-Clad stainless steel items are not, they are still very high quality. If you're thinking about it, don't hesitate.

very disappointed , advertised as INDUCTION compatible but doesn’t work at all on induction stovetop. I got out a magnet and see clearly that is will not work on induction. Very pretty, but …geez description is incorrect.

This is not made of the triclad material All-Clad uses in pots and pans. It is a sturdy, single-layer, stainless steel baker. Works great in ovens. Probably would not heat evenly on a stove-top or would need to be used with a heat spreader. It is a good size to bake a main dish casserole for one, or side dish for 2-3, as well as a mini-roasting pan for small pieces of meat or fish. I have also used on my gas grill, over a burner that is off or its lowest setting, to bake a side dish while cooking meat over other burners. Amazon reminded me I purchased mine in 2008. They look and work good-as-new.

These oval pans are small but are great for single servings where each item might be different like salmon with different sauces. They clean easily. I don’t think they are multiple layer like other all clad pans but they are small enough the heat seems to spread evenly. I use them more often in my oven than my larger pans. I have not tried them on a stove top.
