In my opinion, it worked pretty darn fast to start giving energy. For sure powered thru my workout better than without and was able to push myself more than I usually do. I also purchased the Chocolate protein powder with a 40% off code, to try out something new and wow, it tastes simply fantastic. I couldn’t do a review on it for some reason but wanted to add that in. Dissolves great and tastes even better. Will keep with it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ It’s okay *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 12, 2019* I have tried many pre-workout powders and this one is okay. I don’t care for the taste, although it’s not the worst I’ve tried. As for it’s effectiveness during my workouts, it’s also just okay...working out is improved with this product, but not as well as others I’ve tried. I did give it a solid three stars because it does not cause me to “crash” after it wears off, nor does it make me jittery. It’s very similar to beachbody’s energize but a ton cheaper (Due to no added fees for coaching and it does lack the quercetin that’s in Energize).Openfit is owned by the same people as Beachbody.The reason this may not come back in stock is that openfit bought Ladder and switched over to using their Supplements which taste horrible.
