Second GURUN does not respond to contact attempts. In my house the GURUN WALL MOUNT mirror number one is located in my ensuite that only I use 4 days a week. It stopped charging 6 months ago because the charging cord fell apart. Yes it simply fell apart. Last week GURUN WALL MOUNT mirror number 2 that is located at the cottage also stopped charging because the charging cord simply fell apart. Yes, simply fell apart. I want you to know when I'm at the cottage I don't wear makeup. There is less than a few short hours of use on this GURUN WALL MOUNT mirror and way too early for the cord to simply fall apart. I have been unable to get any customer service from GURUN. Yes ZERO, NONE, NO customer service from GURUN. No satisfaction, and no help for a visually impaired client who is suck with two expensive non-working GURUN WALL MOUNT mirrors. GURUN WALL MOUNT MIRRORS look decorative on my walls but they are not functional for long and you will not receive custom service from GURUN about charging cords that simply fall apart.
