UPDATE: Years later and still great! Perfect for mustache and trimmed beards... WILL NOT ACCIDENTLY CUT OFF LONG HAIRS. This, however, means you must shave every day or at least when the hairs are still short. If you let the hairs grow too long it will not cut them. This is GOOD, you will not cut off your stache! ....... Excellent shaver for daily use if you have a mustache or beard that you don't want to accidentally nibble away. Because of the foil cutting style with no intercept blades, the shaver does not cut longer hairs. This is perfect to protect your prized stache or neatly trimmed beard. You can shave with your eyes closed and not make a mistake. My only negative on the shaver is that it is housed in smooth plastic. It should be rubberized so not to slip. However, an easy fix was to order a pack of egrips (stick-on anti-slip appliques) and apply a few to the shaver. It now has a perfect non-slip feel to use. This shaver is replacing my last Remington which lasted over two decades till the battery would no longer hold a charge or even work while plugged in. Let's hope this one is as good.

I suppose this is what it is to stick with a long-established brand, this is my first Remington and I'm totally impressed albeit that this is like an entry-level model. Sounds like you got yourself a fanboy, my next will be the classy Vintage model! Thank you for being awesome!

great shaver! great price! It can be hard to find this sort of product in stores but you had it and provided it quickly, and it does a great job

I gave up electric razors for well over two decades. I really got tired of the effort and time necessary to give myself a close wet razor shave, so I gave this a shot. If you skip shaving with this for a day or two, you will need to go back to the wet razor shave to get really smooth, but this will certainly perform more than you could want if you're doing a late afternoon shave before a nice dinner, or if you just want to give a quick touch up in the middle of the day. It's really sturdy and decently easy to clean. The battery is great, I have yet to have it die on me. When I use it in the early morning, by 5:00 p.m., I most certainly will have noticeable stubble. But the convenience and quickness and comfort make me feel that's an okay compromise.
