Yes. I ordered only one and it was delivered as promised. I think it cost around $15. One word of caution, though. The hook and loop adhesive does not work in a damp environment. It might work in a cockpit, but not on a foredeck.

Any chance there is a right and left hand version? I want to put them on both sides of my boat but need the cup to be flipped to other end.

Don't get me wrong they are awesome but just way to overpriced...it's plastic out of a mold , probably cost 30 cents to make. But nowadays you pay for comfortability and convenience. Holds my beer and ganja so it works. I'd buy them again if needed.
