rich and creamy
I bought these for eating, not baking (though it's a big bag, so I will experiment!). Being a dark chocolate fan, I never thought I'd like white chocolate, but I'd heard about El Rey. Pretty much impossible to get, and research showed many prefer the Ivoire anyway. Yes, it's sweet. But the creaminess and lingering flavours are lovely!

Stunningly delicious quality, a must try!
Luscious, creamy, luxurious texture highlight the sumptuous vanilla and milk tines of this superior product. This is by far the best white chocolate hat I have ever tasted, and I have tasted a lot of them. This product is so good that half gets baked into our favorite recipes and the other half is eat by and directly out of the bag.

Awesome white chocolate
The seller was very prompt and shipped the chocolate carefully so it didn't melt. The chocolate itself was delicious for both cooking (matcha raspberry candies) and eating. As a big white chocolate fan, this was some of the best I've had!

The real deal
This is the famous Ivoire and it lives up to the hype. Have baked some wonderful desserts with it. Also, the seller seems to be a first class retailer - I was really pleased with its customer service and the condition in which the chocolate arrived, considering I have had many experiences when buying food/confections online that have not been so reliable. Highly recommend.
