This is a fantastic coffee dispenser. We bought it in order to serve 15 people coffee each morning over a long Thanksgiving week-end. It worked perfectly and kept the coffee hot for at least 4 hours. No problems with pouring the coffee in it, and no problems with the easy to use dispenser. Sometimes we poured coffee from our drip coffee maker and sometimes we poured boiling hot coffee from the percolator, and there was not an issue with the glass lining shattering from the boiling liquid. The dispense comes with stickers to put in an area near the spout that tell the guest if the contents are regular or decaf or water or tea. Very helpful. Also, it was easy to clean and put back into the box to store until the next large event. I know this dispenser is made to be used at coffee shops and restaurants, but it works great in a domestic kitchen as well.

I bought three of these. The ones I ordered have the container inside made of glass...next time I will look for their stainless steel insert version. I broke the glass in one of these after I rinsed the inside with warm water then dropped in ice cubes. This dispenser is awesome. I made a sprite orange juice punch for a holiday event and not all of it was finished. I had added 1 cup of ice cubes to the punch when I made it. I wanted to see how long it would stay cool for so I didn't empty the container....IT WAS COLD FOR THREE DAYS!! I was thinking there was No way this could happen...lol So tried it again and same result! The amount you get per pump of this is enough to fill a 9 ounce paper cup about 3/4 full, its a nice full amount. When pushing the pump it works very smoothly. This has definite 5 stars for quality and performance for the price!

A receive it with a big damage on the aluminum part

I previously purchased a different brand... that was a mistake! It lasted less than a year and was only used once per week. This one pumps much better, hold just as well and I believe it will outlast the other brand by a long shot!

Would have given it 5 Stars except that they were a little pricey!
