Are these supposed to stink so bad? My whole house smells like wet dog right now.

Hi there, the dried elderberry/sambucus nigra typically has a smell after boiling them down to the liquid in order to make syrup, tea, jam, etc. This is normal. Thanks for trying our dried elderberries, feel free to message us on Amazon if you need further support

My package does not state country of origin or even that it comes from anywhere in particular. Hmmm?

I know 3 people who have reduced the number and severity of colds, viruses, and certain allergies after using the syrup they make consistantly. They absolutely believe it works, along with giving them an over all better immunity to whatever is "going around". I have not been consistent with taking my syrup (I made with these) so I cannot give you my opinion yet.
